• Authenticity: We authenticate items via a multi-point inspection (labels, stitching, print edges, camo alignment, zipper spec, measurements). Product pages include close-up photos where applicable.
• Condition & Sizing: Measurements listed are for the specific item. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
• Pricing: Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• Errors: We strive for accuracy but may occasionally make typographical or system errors. We may correct any errors and cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect information.
• Availability: Inventory is limited and may sell out quickly. Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Pre-orders or backorders will be identified on product pages where applicable.

4. Orders & Verification

• Offer & Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we charge your payment method and confirm shipment (or explicitly confirm acceptance in writing).
• Quantity Limits: We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. We may restrict orders placed by or under the same account, payment method, or shipping address.
• Verification: Orders may be subject to verification to prevent fraud (e.g., address confirmation, ID verification, hold for manual review). If verification fails, we may cancel and refund.
• Resale: Purchases are for personal use only unless we agree in writing. We may refuse orders suspected of unauthorized resale.

5. Payments, Taxes & Currency

• Authorization: By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
• Taxes & Duties: U.S. orders may incur sales tax based on destination. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country; these are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• Currency: Unless stated, all charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank may charge conversion or international transaction fees.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

• Processing Time: Typical processing is 1–2 business days, not including weekends/holidays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Carriers & Methods: We ship via reputable carriers with available options shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier’s acceptance of the shipment. For orders requiring signature, responsibility passes upon signature at the delivery address.
• Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed packages may be returned; we may deduct shipping and handling from refunds.
• International Shipping: Some items may have destination restrictions. Customs clearance can cause delays outside our control.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, carrier issues, natural disasters).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Return Window: Unless otherwise stated, unworn items with all original tags and our tamper‑evident seal intact are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition Check: Returned items undergo re-authentication and condition verification. Items showing wear, removed tags, odors, or damage may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
• Process: Start a return via our Returns Policy page and follow the provided instructions. Use trackable shipping. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Exchanges: Exchange availability is not guaranteed due to limited inventory. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund.
• Order Changes/Cancellation: Once placed, orders may enter processing quickly. Contact us ASAP; we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing.

8. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Promo Codes: Must be applied at checkout; one per order unless stated. Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, valid only during the promotional period.
• Exclusions: Certain products or collections may be excluded from promotions. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
• Store Credit/Gift Cards: Redeemable only at bieszczady.pro. Not reloadable, not refundable for cash except as required by law.
