Processing Times

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 PM PST typically ship same day.
  • Orders after cutoff, weekends, or holidays ship next business day.
  • Verification checks may extend handling by 1 business day.
  • Preorder or special items ship per date on product page.

Carriers

  • United States: UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on destination/speed.
  • Canada & International: DHL Express, UPS, USPS International.
  • Rural or remote areas may use handoff partners for final delivery.

Packaging

  • Each item ships in protective wrap with a tamper-evident seal.
  • High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • Multiple items may arrive in split shipments at no extra cost.

Weather events, customs processing, and carrier volume can affect delivery times. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking is emailed when the label is created; updates post after first scan.
  • SMS updates are available at checkout when you provide a mobile number.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/building staff before contacting us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged

  • Report a lost-in-transit package if there’s no movement for 10 business days (US) or 14 business days (International).
  • For stolen packages (marked delivered, not received), contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
  • For damage, email photos of packaging, shipping label, and item within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll coordinate with the carrier and provide next steps for replacement or refund per outcome.

Signatures & Insurance

  • Orders $300+ may ship with Signature Required for security.
  • Signature can be added to eligible orders for an additional fee on request before shipment.
  • Carrier insurance is included up to the service’s default limit; contact support for higher coverage prior to shipping.

International Shipping & Duties

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and handling fees set by your country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these costs are collected by the carrier on delivery (DDU). We do not control these charges.

  • Customs may require ID or tax number in some countries.
  • Refused deliveries due to duties/taxes are returned to us; original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping may be deducted from refund.

Documentation & Compliance

  • We accurately declare contents and value; we cannot mark gifts or lower values.
  • All items are authentic and ship with accurate HS codes where applicable.
  • Transit times exclude customs clearance time.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS services compatible with PO addresses.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS; delivery times vary by location and military mail processing.

Address Issues & RTS

  • Undeliverable or Refused packages returned to sender can be reshipped; we may invoice for reship costs.
  • Please ensure your address is complete (unit, floor, gate codes) to avoid delays.

Split Shipments & Preorders

  • We may split orders at no extra charge to speed delivery.
  • Preorders or items with different availability windows may ship separately.
