Overview
We stand behind every item we sell, including authentic BAPE apparel and collaborations. Returns are accepted on eligible items within the stated window below. Items must be in original condition with all tags, accessories, and our tamper‑evident seal intact.
- Return window: 14 days from delivery for a refund to original payment
- Exchanges: 21 days from delivery subject to availability
- Return shipping: Customer-paid unless we made an error or the item is defective
- Inspection time: 2–3 business days once your return arrives at our facility
Return Eligibility
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with no odors or marks
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and the bieszczady.pro tamper‑evident seal attached
- Include the signed condition card that shipped with your order
- Initiate your return within the return window and ship within 7 days of approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in resaleable condition or that are missing required components.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and tags.
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely in the original box or equivalent protection to prevent transit damage.
- Ship using a trackable service. Keep your receipt until your refund is issued.
Tip: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package to speed up processing.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 21 days of delivery on eligible items. Inventory moves quickly, especially for BAPE releases, so we recommend:
- Placing a new order for the item you want, then returning the original for a refund; or
- Requesting a direct exchange via support so we can hold stock for up to 48 hours after RMA approval.
If we can’t complete an exchange due to availability, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit per your preference.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final sale, clearance, or marked “Non‑Returnable” at checkout
- Underwear, socks, face masks, swimwear, and grooming/fragrance
- Magazines, books, stickers, and opened accessories
- Customized or altered items
- Items missing the bieszczady.pro tamper‑evident seal or original tags
- Items showing wear, wash, odors, or damage not present at delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label
We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, except for our error or a verified defect.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
- No restocking fee for returns in original condition. Items missing components may incur up to a 10% refurbishment fee.
International Returns
- Mark the parcel “Return to Sender – Merchandise Return” and include your RMA number.
- Customs duties and import taxes are non‑refundable by us. You may claim them back with your local customs where applicable.
- Ship DDP-prepaid or ensure no additional duties are billed on return; unpaid duties may be deducted from your refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests within 2 hours of purchase: we’ll try to accommodate before dispatch.
- After shipment: please follow the return process.
- Limited releases and preorder items may not be cancelable once allocated.
Processing & Refund Timelines
- Inspection: 2–3 business days after the package shows delivered to our facility.
- Refund: 3–10 business days to your original payment method (bank timelines vary).
- Store credit: issued within 24 hours of approval.

Holiday & Gift Policy
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended return window until January 15 of the following year, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.
Gifts returned without the purchaser’s original payment details are eligible for store credit.
Returns & Refunds FAQ
You have 14 days from the delivery date for a refund, and 21 days for an exchange, as long as tags and our tamper‑evident seal remain attached.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments, yes. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Missing required components may result in a reduced refund or rejection. Contact us before shipping if anything is missing.
Items marked Final Sale or Non‑Returnable cannot be returned. Regular promotions without Final Sale language follow the standard policy.
Email support with your order number and desired size. We can hold stock for 48 hours or suggest placing a new order and returning the original.
